  3. Stay cool this summer to avoid heat exhaustion, drink 1.5 to 2.5 litres of fluid every day unless you have cardiac or kidney problem. Stay in the shade, enjoy the summer days, after all summer is almost almost over.
    Signs of heat exhaustion include; cool moist skin,heavy sweating, dizzyness fainting, weakness and low blood pressure, you may also have muscle cramps , nausea and headaches (MayoClinic 2025) Stay cool.
